Res-Q was formed in 1984 by Ralph Criswell and Chris Fisher as part of the youth group of their local church, Community of the Holy Spirit in Eastlake, Ohio. They had a strong desire to reach the young people of their area through music for Jesus Christ. They began writing original songs together and decided to enter the recording studio in 1986.

Their first album "This is Your Call" was recorded in 1986. Their second "Read The Book" was recorded in 1991. Their third "Turn It Up" was recorded in 1995. Their latest CD release "Sing To The Lord" includes 16 original praise and worship songs.

Res-Q has toured most of the country ministering in churches of various denominations, youth conferences, youth camps, Christian colleges, family retreats, music seminars, and music festivals. They have opened for several national artists as well. They appeared for several years at the Alive Music Festival in Canal Fulton, Ohio. Through years of touring, Res-Q has sold over 5,000 records!

Ralph Criswell has been married to Maria for 17 years. They have three children, Daniel age 11, Rachel age 9 and David age 6. They are all gifted musically and athletically. Ralph enjoys coaching his children in sports, golf, movies, reading and traveling.

Chris Fisher has been married to Vicki for 11 years. They have two children, Hannah age 9, and Noah age 7. They too are gifted musically and athletically. Chris enjoys coaching his kids in sports, golf, reading, movies and sports.
